Sales Agent in Africa

We are looking for experienced sales agents or distributors across selected African markets (Kenya & Ghana) to represent our home textile range, including bed linen, pillow covers, cushion covers, terry towels, and duvet sets. This is a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential through competitive commissions and sales incentives. Ideal candidates: Have existing connections with wholesalers, retailers Sharing buyer contact details and procurement channels Supporting initial outreach and lead qualification Preference given to sales experience in textiles, home goods, or FMCG distribution Ability to develop and manage regional sales This role also requires on-ground field work. The agent is expected to physically visit retail shops, distributors, importers, wholesalers to build real relationships and validate opportunities. Scope of Work (Initial Phase): Market research in assigned city Identifying potential buyers choices and demand in market (fabric, cost, design, quality) Lead generation (importers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers) Basic outreach support (email / WhatsApp / introductions) Field visits to meet distributors, importers, and key home textile industry players in person Requirements: Knowledge of local hospitality or import markets Experience in sales, sourcing, trading, or distribution Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Willingness to conduct in-person visits and on-ground networking Compensation: Fixed Rate Commission on confirmed orders (discussed after trial) Opportunity to move into exclusive country representation Deliverables Represent and sell home textiles Build sustainable distribution Develop clients Grow market presence Interested candidates can contact us with their profile, market experience, and current distribution network.
