Running a 7 figure OF management agency means the closer is dealing with a very specific sales environment. Creators are not simply buying a service. They are deciding whether they trust someone with their audience, monetization and business. That makes communication and qualification more important than simply pushing for a close. I would approach conversations by first understanding where the creator currently is, what is limiting their growth or monetization, and what they actually want to achieve. From there, the conversation can connect the agency's offer to that specific gap instead of presenting the same pitch to everyone. Strong qualification also matters because time spent convincing a poor fit is time taken away from creators who are ready to move. Your flexible hours and willingness to consider both experienced closers and beginners also suggest you are looking for communication ability and coachability rather than just a long sales résumé.
