What you’ll tackle • Drive a clear “Increase sales” mandate by taking ownership of a rolling pipeline and hitting conversion targets. • Rely heavily on email marketing as your primary outreach channel—craft sequences, A/B test subject lines, and follow up until the deal is signed. • Guide prospects through insurance-led financial planning so their personal goals align with the right Tata AIA products. • Keep every touchpoint and policy detail pristine inside Salesforce; custom reports and dashboard updates are part of the rhythm. • Nurture long-term trust post-sale, scheduling reviews and upsell conversations to maximize lifetime value. Success markers • Consistent pipeline visibility in Salesforce with up-to-date deal stages. • Measurable lift in monthly closed-won premium. • Email sequences that outperform baseline open- and click-through rates. • Positive client feedback confirming clarity of financial guidance.
