US IT Recruiters and Bench Sales People

Recruiter should do Full END to END life cycle of recruitment process including interacting with hiring managers, Sourcing, negotiating, Interviewing, qualifying and closing for established list of clientele with a special emphasis on hard-to-fill positions.

• Discussions with Client service managers, account managers and to understand & identify the required prime pre-requisites of the requirement.

• Provided the skills needed to acquire, screen, qualify, present, and hire quality IT consultants on a basis consistent with attaining profit goals for the company.

• Found qualified candidates for senior roles and created and managed the consultant pipeline for quick requirement closings.

• Strong qualifying abilities in order to present candidates whose interest, technical strength and compensation expectation is relative to the client requirement.

• Develop rapport with client and work closely to target specific hiring needs.

• Collaborate with human resource managers and hiring mangers to fine tune position requirements to ensure accuracy in recruiting.

• Gather client company knowledge to effectively market the company and culture to prospective candidates.

• Regular interactions with Client service managers for requirements.

• Quick turnaround time on the resume procurement.

• Extensively worked on all types of requirements with different tax terms like C2C, 1099 and W2 on Full time, C2H and pure contracts.

FOR Bench Sales or BDM's

• An aggressive Business Development//Accounts management//Recruitment professional with experience in hiring in Different vertical. • Regular interactions with Client service managers for requirements and get win-win situations.

• Maintained effective relationships with the clients and employees to ensure timely delivery of services that are in line with the business strategies of the organization.

• Develop rapport with client and work to target specific hiring needs.

• Prioritized client’s requirements in a high volume, time-sensitive environment to meet deadlines.

• Pre-screen candidates to ascertain validity of resume and verify previous experience and also to determine 'fit' with a given requirement.

• I proactively maintained TECH-POOL to do the “Technical pre-screening” of candidates.

• Preparing, formatting & submission templates as per the client’s needs.

• Scheduling the technical interviews with the clients and follow up the candidates.

• Ensuring the candidates join at the client place on the committed date.

• Involved in “Induction & training” of new joining within the company.

• Extensively worked on all types of requirements with different tax terms like C2C, 1099 and Temp-W2 on Contract, and C2H.

• Successfully achieved the required targets both on submissions and closures.

• Efficiently manage all client/candidate communication, scheduling and logistics.

• Negotiate offers on behalf of candidate and work in a collaborative effort with the client to develop a competitive compensation package that is presented in a timely manner.
