Need someone with excellent sales skills to make calls and convert leads.

We are looking to hire someone professional who can call my leads and get the required information to us. The leads are sent as they are generated to keep it fresh. The work will be continuously ongoing. It's for my web design agency. The main purpose of this job is to call the client and use our research data about the client to convert them. The leads are already interested in a website and filled their details by themselves. How it Works: For, Smaller projects we don't need an appointment and needs to be converted on phone. For large projects, we need to schedule an appointment. Conversion, in this case, means = The client has paid the advance and filled the form. My team will take care of everything if the client is ready to pay the 29% advance and has filled the required form. About 98% of the clients convert after paying the advance. To improve the conversion rate, we offer a few slots of free website mockup for the client, which you can use to convert hard leads. For converted clients, we will pay your standard call rates per call and 10-20% commission on the total sales value. Projects can range from $500-$1500 Let me know if you are interested.
