CaptainEco is a wellness and lifestyle brand and is looking for a commission-based B2B Sales Representative to work remotely to help get our products in stores!
We manufacture all of our products and are looking for some top-notch commission-based B2B Sales Representatives to position our brand into the health and wellness industry. We are seeking Representatives who are driven and passionate about growing a brand by contacting buyers, explaining product features, answering product questions, and closing deals with retailers.
Only experienced Manufacturing Sales Representatives apply.
· Identify prospective B2B customers using business directories and follow leads from existing clients.
· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.
· Help customers select products based on their needs, product specifications, and regulations.
· Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
· Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses.
· Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements with guidance from the cofounders.
· Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing.
· Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
· Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns and gather any feedback.
· Communicate with customers about reorders of products.
· High School diploma or BS/BA college degree preferred
· Must own a computer or laptop
· Strong sales ability, energetic, and positive personality
· B2B contract manufacturing sales experience
· Willingness to be taught and led by a great team of colleagues and mentors.
· Access to social media platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Superior customer service skills
· Fluent in English (knowledge in Spanish, French, and Arabic a plus)
· Ability to manage several projects at once
