We run a pathway progran for International Students to complete Year 1 of their US Bachelor's Degree before in their home country and enter Year 2 on-campus at a Top 100 US College. We are looking for Local B2C Sales Representatives in large cities of South Asian markets with the following traits:
- Polished Appearance with Excellent Communication and Persuasion skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Education Sales or selling to teenagers from affluent families and their parents
- Ability to quickly screen a lead based on the purchasing power of their family
The goal of the salesperson is to source quality local leads by visiting affluent local high schools or coaching centers and finding students in Grades 10-12 who are interested to study in the United States. Subsequently, he/she must be able to educate them about our program, clearly outlining the cost-savings and benefits with the end objective to make a US$5,000 sale. Final-stage sales support will be provided by our onshore team in the US.
Tiered Commission-based role: Starts at 5% of every successful sale ($250). The commission can go up to 10% ($500) with increased performance and sales volume. Earning potential upward of $2,000 per month for the right candidate.
