Commission-only can work. It usually fails for one reason: the terms stay vague until there is money on the table, and then everyone disagrees. So four things worth fixing in writing first. What counts as a qualified lead — a reply, a booked call, or a signed client? Who owns the prospect if they buy three months later? What is the commission, as a number or a percentage of what exactly? And when is it paid, on signature or once the client's payment clears? Answer those and I will work this hard. Leave them open and the first disputed lead ends the arrangement badly for both of us. On the work: local businesses without a proper website are easy to find and hard to reach, because they are busy and they are pitched constantly. What actually gets replies is being specific — naming what someone searching for them right now actually sees, and what that is costing them this month. A bakery, a gym and a clinic all have different reasons to care, and one message sent to all three converts like a leaflet. I would work a defined list each week across email, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn, with a shared sheet showing every contact, channel, reply and objection, so you can see the pipeline building rather than take my word for it. Send me the commission terms and one example of a client you have already closed — what they paid and why they said yes. That tells me what a good lead looks like to you, and I will start with a test batch against it.
