Innovation Trigger Consulting Services Outsourced Sales & Marketing Project

FedMatrix Healthcare & Life Sciences ([login to view URL]) is a stealth mode, boutique company based out of Tampa Florida. It has 2 integrated divisions/business units:

1. Healthcare and Life Sciences Consultancy/Think-Tank/ Collective Intelligence Organization (lead by a renowned STEM Polymath/ Multi-potentialite, Intellectual and Intuitive with 20+ years experience leading national and global Healthcare & life sciences engineering, innovation, R&D, sciences, technology & transformation based projects).

FedMatrixHLS Consulting Services is comprised of a portfolio of Innovation Trigger Consulting Services (ITCS). This is a custom curated list of premium services/solutions delivered via virtual/remote (offsite) or hybrid (negotiated % of offsite/onsite-on premises client delivery) and cloud/ SaaS/Platform/Infrastructure/Business Process/Innovation/ Ecosystem-as-a-Service Client Delivery /Engagement Models.

The client customer can choose from 1 of 2 rate of pay/payment models:

1. One standard industry rate for all services delivered no matter the scope, scale and skill sets needed, which is based on the experience and skill sets of the Project Lead ITCS Consultant (ie. $250/hr), for a minimum of 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week, minimum 40 hr client work week; + per diem if consultant us required to travel on site for any portion of the client engagement.

2. Variable Consultant Hourly Rate (Depending on scope, scale of projects, skill sets, expertise needed etc. Variable Consulting hourly rate range is $25-$1000/hr.)

The initial/introductory ITCS Project engagementso are 30 days (1 month duration). The customer/client executive sponsor and project leader negotiate and agree upon in writing /contractually the list of ITCS services to be utilized, project/program daily/weekly goals, objectives, deliverables, guarantees, outside project scope/additional /misc services or target goals/ objectives, end of 30 project deliverables, KPIs/Metrics, client delivery and rate models; People, Tools, Technologies, Materials needed for successful project delivery etc. At the end of the 30 day project, the client executive sponsor and project leader /liason is given a final list of 10 Strategic Project Initiativea (Science, Technology, Engineering, R&D/Manufacturing etc.) that contain short term consulting (30-90 day) project deliverables, mid term consulting (90-180 day) project deliverables and both long term consulting projects and managed services (6mo. - 1, 3 & 5 yr) project deliverables that includes a handpicked, comprehensive list of primary and secondary advisory, consulting, managed services & third party intermediary provider partner recommendations that includes recommended roles for FedMatrixHLS ITCS Leadership, probject financials & metrics (ROI/TCO calcs), operations/ logistics, R&D, etc. (people, process, tools and technologies).

We have identified a target list of 50 ideal target US-based customers within the Healthcare, life sciences industry (ie: hospitals/health systems, biopharmaceutical R&D, Medical Device R&D, CROs; Health- IT/Technologies, Govt Orgs; investment & portfolio management engineering/R&D etc.)

We have also identified key executives/decision makers, their contact info and LinkedIn profiles for each of the 50 companies.
