Job Title: Hotel & Accommodation Acquisition Specialist (Remote / Field-Based) About Us [login to view URL] is expanding its property inventory! Our platform caters specifically to solo travelers, digital nomads, slow travelers, and couples on extended trips. We bridge the gap between travel and living by featuring unique spaces worldwide. We are looking for motivated, independent sales and acquisition executives to bring high-quality properties onto our booking platform. The Role This is a global, fully remote, or field-based position—whatever method gets you results fastest. Your day-to-day will involve identifying promising properties, pitching the unique benefits of listing with us to owners or general managers, and guiding them all the way to a live listing. Target Property Types: Hotels & Hostels Homestays & Guest Houses Resorts & Villas Key Responsibilities & Deliverables For every property you sign, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying a complete data pack, then coordinating with our internal team until the listing goes live. Property Onboarding: Secure a mutually agreed number of live listings on our platform. Data Pack Collection: Gather and verify critical details for each property, including: Property amenities & high-quality photos Accurate room rates Full ownership details (Name, address, email, phone) Ownership documents (where available) Reporting: Maintain meticulous records in Google Sheets or your preferred CRM, and provide brief weekly updates on your progress and hurdles. When is a listing complete? A listing is officially counted toward your targets once it is searchable on the site, complete with verified amenities, rates, photos, and confirmed owner details. What We Are Looking For Sales Energy: You thrive on conversation-led selling, relationship building, and cold outreach (via email, phone, or in person). Self-Starters: You are highly disciplined, target-driven, and capable of working independently anywhere in the world. Organization: You possess excellent attention to detail and keep flawless records. Background: Experience in hospitality, real estate acquisition, lead generation, or B_2_B sales is a massive plus. Compensation This role is entirely performance-driven. The more properties you successfully onboard, the more you earn.
