DIRECTIONS: You're going to need to complete most of the process of getting a quote to be able to fill out your report. However, you do not have to actually go through with getting insurance!! But you might find that your quote is actually cheaper than what you're paying now, you never know! You will be calling to get a Health Insurance Quote. You must press option 2 and ask real questions as if you are seeking health insurance. You DO NOT have Medicaid, Medicare or any other State issued Insurance.
YOU MUST REMAIN ON THE PHONE FOR AT LEAST 4 MINUTES. If you do not your turk will be rejected and you will not get to try again. YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE USA! ONLY TURKERS WHO LIVE IN THE FOLLOWING STATES SHOULD CALL AND DURING OPERATION HOURS:

After you have finished asking your questions say thanks and give a reason why you don't want to change just yet and hang up. Simple as that!
If he asks where you got this number you politely reply from a Google search.
When you are done with the call come back to the turk type up a brief description of the call. If you can answer these questions:
1. What was the name of the company?
2. What was the name of the representative?
3. Was the Representative polite & courteous?
4. Based on the call, did the representative make you want to purchase the product?
5. Give a brief detail of the call and how it went.
Numbers from out of the United States will not be paid for. Please don't try to fake the call. We track the number you call from and the amount of time you spend on the phone. If you have called this number before you will not get credit either.
