Experienced salesperson needed - Website and apps sales!

Thank you for your interest in this project. I have multiple websites that I would like to sell. Unfortunately I don't have the time or expertise to sell these websites myself as I am focused on some of my larger website projects and need to keep my focus on them, so I am looking for someone who can assist with selling the ownership of the websites and even some iOS apps as well. The successful candidate needs to be EXPERIENCED in selling websites. I do not want someone who has not sold websites in the past. You need to be familiar with elements of the technology behind the sites, you need to be familiar with how the domain transfer process works, and how the website transfer process works.(we can take care of the transfers on this end, but you need to be familiar with how it all works) Please send an introduction message stating your experience in this area and how you propose we move forward. Some of the sites have made some advertising revenue, but minor overall, and needs someone who can take them to the next level. The apps have had okay sales (1-3 a week) but needs someone who can actively market them and focus on them. Please understand I am looking for someone highly experienced who can lay out a plan for how to sell these items in the best way possible. I'm not looking to babysit anyone or spend hours and hours of my time. Given this, I understand I'll be paying you for your services, so please lay out the plan. I'm NOT interested in a situation where I am paying you without selling the sites, so it needs to be tied to performance of sales.
