I am currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and proficient part-time Sales Manager who can propel our company's growth in the renewable energy and engineering consultancy sector. This person will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring our place as a leader in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and establish initial contact. Develop a pipeline of prospects and follow-up leads. - **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight our services' value proposition. Negotiate terms that benefit both our clients and our company. - **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and surpassing their expectations. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Experience in sales, particularly within the renewable energy or engineering consultancy sectors, is highly desirable. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to persuade and close deals. - Proficiency in CRM software and tools for lead generation. - Self-starter, able to operate effectively under the flexible hours (less than 10 hours per week) provided. If you have a proven track record in sales, an understanding of the renewable energy and engineering consultancy sectors, and can commit to less than 10 hours per week, I would love to hear from you.
