My goal is to put our ready-to-drink FMCG beverage on the shelves and in the coolers of South Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, rapidly boosting market reach in these high-value territories. The focus is on physical channels—traditional retail stores, modern-format supermarkets, plus non-conventional spots such as gyms and metro kiosks and corporate B2B orders—where impulse purchases and foot-traffic volume can translate into quick turns. The assignment covers the full distribution cycle: mapping viable outlets, pitching the product, securing first orders, and coordinating last-mile delivery with my existing warehouse partner. Leverage of local trade relationships, in-store activation know-how, and field sales coordination tools (e.g., BeatRoute, Bizom, or a comparable SFA platform) is welcomed if it accelerates placements and provides transparent tracking. Deliverables (discrete and measurable) • Outlet master list segmented by area and channel, including contact details and order status • Confirmed purchase orders / placement agreements for each on-boarded outlet • Route and replenishment schedule aligned with store expectations and warehouse dispatch capacity • Weekly progress summary highlighting wins, challenges, and next-step actions Acceptance criteria • Minimum agreed store count and first-order volume reached across the three territories • Proof of product visibility (photo documentation) in each live outlet • All data shared in editable format (Excel or Google Sheets) for seamless handover Timeline is adaptable provided momentum is visible from week one; quality of placement and speed of scale will determine ongoing collaboration.
