We are looking for Customer Support Advisers for our agency. We are into web technologies and internet marketing. If you have worked in the same area, that would be a plus though not mandatory. The shift would be CST 8am-6pm. You must have excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and friendly yet professional approach while chatting/talking to the customers.
You should be able to advise new prospects/existing customer by answer their queries on chat/phone, converting inquiries into sales by answering chat/incoming phone calls, and forwarding the other requests to the relevant person in the team.
