Customer Service **Perfect for a Detail Oriented Candidate**

>Responsibilities:

-Answer the phone (smartphone application provided)

-Track & Respond to Landlord & Tenant Requests

-Coordinate repairs as needed (getting quotations from contractors & contracting key suppliers to get quotations + update the property owners of the work required) + build relationships with our contractors

-Coordinate property showings with staff + add to the google calendar

-intake new clients + fill in + send agreements to clients and your manager

-Data entry in Excel/Google Sheets

-Maintain an organized file system: tenants files, invoices, contracts

-Fill out Tenancy Agreements, Rent Increases, Notices as needed (training provided)

-Other admin & bookkeeping duties as required including RTB filling

-Bookkeeping experience will be an asset

-Maintain an organized Google Drive file system: tenants files, invoices, contracts

-Organize Rent Roll / Property Reconciliations at the end of each month

>Time Commitment

Our time zone is UTC -7, PDT (Pacific Daylight Time, Vancouver BC Canada)

Required days: Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm PST + Training from 7pm to 9pm PST for the first 2 weeks.

Sometimes Required: Saturday may require 2 to 5 hours between 9am to 1pm PST, Sunday may require 1 to 2 hours from 12pm to 2pm PST

Approx. 15 to 30 hours per week to start immediately.

Hours to be increased as needed.

Likely up to 30+ hours/week by March 2020

Job Type: Part-time, Growing to Full Time in the next few months

Compensation:

$2.50 to $3.48 per hour
