Commission Sales Officer

I run the Shopify store [login to view URL] and want to work with independent sales officers who promote my products online. Each officer will receive a unique campaign URL that they can copy and share. Any order placed through that link will automatically be tracked, and the officer will earn 5% commission on the sale. There will be no officer signup or dashboard required. All tracking and payout management will be handled by the admin. Core Requirements 1) Unique Campaign Links Admin creates a unique tracking link for each sales officer. Example: [login to view URL] Each link identifies the officer automatically. 2) Automatic Sale Attribution When a customer clicks a campaign link: The referral code is stored in the session or cart. If the customer completes a purchase: The order is tagged with the officer’s code. The system calculates 5% commission automatically. 3) Commission Tracking (Admin Only) Admin panel or report should allow: Viewing total sales per officer. Viewing total commissions owed. Filtering by date range. Marking commissions as paid. Exporting payout reports as CSV. 4) Basic Notifications (Optional) Admin notification when a sale is generated from an officer link. Optional notification to officer after each sale. Acceptance Criteria A test order placed through an officer’s campaign link appears in the commission report within five minutes. The system correctly calculates 5% commission for that order. Admin can export a CSV showing commissions per officer. Deliverables Fully working sales officer tracking system integrated with Shopify. Goal Create a simple, reliable, and automated commission system that allows DeolShoppe to scale sales through independent officers without complex onboarding or manual tracking.
