Commission Interior Sales Representative

I need an experienced sales professional who can consistently secure new interior design projects for my firm on a pure-commission model. Your main arena will be South India, with particular emphasis on Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. What you’ll do • Source qualified residential or commercial leads (I’m open to either as long as the budgets are realistic). • Present our portfolio, gather requirements, and close the deal. • Hand over a clear brief—including scope, timeline, and client expectations—so my design team can start smoothly. What I provide • A full suite of look-books, previous project photos, and digital marketing collateral to aid your pitches. • Technical support for walkthroughs or design clarifications. • Transparent commission percentages paid promptly for every signed contract. Success criteria • First confirmed project within the initial 30 days. • Ongoing pipeline that delivers at least two solid client meetings per week thereafter. If you already have developer, builder, or HNI contacts in Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad, you’ll ramp up fast, but strong networking skills and a persuasive mindset are what really matter.
