You have exceeded your past sales goals, and are familiar with meeting call and conversion quotas. You can build rapport quickly and take detailed notes, follow up. You can overcome objections and move the conversation through to the closing decision.
We are calling property owners and asking if they are interested in talking about selling their property. Some are distressed owners (pending foreclosure), some are distressed houses (run down), some are in a location we want to buy. When we get an interested owner, we follow a simple qualification process and get a few questions answered about. Then setting up a time for me to call them back.
