I am doing a project aimed at crowd-funding the translation of my fairytale "Lao Po's dream, or the story of a lonely girl", (released under a creative commons license, i.e. free to share) into Korean and then releasing the Korean version in the same manner as the English version has already been released as I am in the process of releasing stories to make people aware of free software for the disabled created by The Global Ability Initiative.
The crowd funding effort page can be found here:

I need someone with knowledge of Korean social media to come up with a plan on how to marked this initiative to users of Korean social media and leads from this campaign leading to a successful campaign. And it needs to be done via my own page and my own payment processor as I need to remain in full control of the campaign.
There will only be full payment for your project upon successfully reaching of fund raising goal for project.
If fund raising goal is not reached, your payment will only be a percentage of your bid equivalent to the percentage of the sum the fund raising campaign has reached compared to the campaigns goal, when the deadline for the project is over, as you have, if the fund raising goal is not reached, not delivered a successful marketing campaign. With the caveat that you can never get paid more that what has come in due to the campaign.
The campaign is topped at 500 US$ when your delivery time is over - You get paid 25% of the value of your bid as you have not delivered the desired product - a successful fund raising campaign.
So if you bid 250 US$ - I would pay you 62.5 US$ only as the product - A successful marketing campaign was not reached. The fund raising goal may be adjusted to cover the expense of this project.
You need to be a Korean national, based in Korea, to be considered for the job - All other bidders will be completely ignored - So don't even bother bidding!!!
