Roles & Responsibility:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
a)Lead commercial marketing activities which enable the execution of the national segment initiatives and plans
b)Develop and implement strategies including market research, analyze market data and generate market insights to:
Identify key segment opportunities
Understand local competitors
Understand our competitive advantage
Identify key sales activities
c)Support creation and execution of marketing promotion plans for new product launches
d)Maintain current partners and develop new customers
e)Visit national customers, provide training and after-sale supporting
f)Take responsibility for project management and prescription
g)Support brand positioning and brand architecture
h)Participation in key trade shows and customer events
i)Perform related administration, documentation, budgeting and reporting tasks
Requirements:
a)Strong sense of responsibility, patient and aggressive
b)Proven relevant Working experience in sales / marketing or business management, over 35 years old with above 5 years’ experience in timber or flooring business, good relation with distributors, retailers, DIY etc.
c)Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
d)Excellent influencing ability and presentation skills
e)Analytical thinking, business and financial acumen
f)Very good knowledge of MS Office
g)Excellent written, presentation and verbal skills in English; fluent in local language preferably
