You will take full ownership of three core areas: in-depth market research and analysis to map competitive pricing and consumer preferences across key EU countries, hands-on wine sales strategy that turns those insights into orders, and ongoing customer relationship management that keeps distributors, importers, and on-trade partners engaged long term. Because this is a senior-level remit, I expect you to arrive with a network, a proven track record of closing multi-container deals, and a solid grasp of EU compliance, Incoterms, and freight options. I’ll provide technical sheets, cellar access for virtual tastings, and prompt support from our logistics coordinator; you deliver a market entry plan, a ranked prospect list, and the first purchase orders on agreed timelines. Success will be measured by: • A clear written market report with actionable segmentation. • Signed distribution agreements or purchase orders within the first quarter. • Ongoing CRM updates that show repeat interest and forecasted volumes. If you can pair analytical depth with sales tenacity and already speak the language of European buyers, I’m eager to move quickly. Progressive commission based on number of pallets sold per month.
