We are a small IT 'Workshop' of ~10 very talented programmers based in the US. We are seeking a long-term relationship with a salesman interested in B2B sales of software, mobile app, and web-based IT solutions to be developed by us. Rather than cold-calling and pitching businesses on our services, we are looking for someone that can find projects either online or from businesses they have connections with (including those local to salesman or those that you could meet with face-to-face).
You find the leads, so you choose the commissions. The only pay is commission-based right now but for the amount of work and the fact that you get to control your commission I believe this is more than fair. We don't work for super cheap so you will have to provide us with projects that satisfies our minimal financial need (to be considered a 'viable' project) which would be outlined when you start. We have an established company, website, portfolio, references, demos, samples, everything you need to sell our services and match us to appropriate projects.
Wherever you are located, we would be interested in eventually having you serve as our representative in the geographic area after you refer us a bunch of small projects successfully. As we grow we will offer a full-time position and setup an office for you (or you can work from home) to be a Director of Business Development - <Location> for our company.
