Here are the basic tasks I need. We have an online Ebay store. We get about 500 to 600 orders daily. We have an automated system that takes in orders into our site. We basically do an online service which requires the users to just input information into our site.
What we need is a team who I will train to work 7 days a week and paid hourly/salary to watch over orders and making sure they are processed correctly. They will also deal with customer service and updating customers on any issues or assisting them to get the proper info.
Skills required? Someone who is somewhat understanding of cell phones and its capabilities and tech info. Would make it easier to explain some basic things for our business.
This job would be require 24/7 support by email/ebay messages/and our website. It will eventually entail in more duties as you become more experienced with my trade.
Also we need the team to be proficient in grammar and understand English. You will not require to be doing any phone calls or anything. All work in online. Please serious contendors only. We need full time customer service as our industry requires a team of people who are working daily.
