What You’ll Do: ~ Identify and bring in qualified SaaS leads (ICP below) ~ Run outbound (LinkedIn, email, etc.) and book meetings ~ Support the sales process and eventually close deals How This Works: ~ For your initial leads, I (founder) will run the demos ~ This acts as hands-on training so you understand positioning, objections, and pitch ~ Gradually, you’ll take over demos and closing independently Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): ~ B2B SaaS companies ~ Selling to small businesses & mid-market ~ Have Customer Success / Account Management teams ~ Focused on retention, expansion, and reducing churn ~ Typically growing startups or scale-ups Who Should Apply: ~ Anyone with proven ability to generate leads and/or close SaaS deals ~ Strong in outbound prospecting and qualification ~ Understands SaaS buying cycles and stakeholder management ~ Hungry to earn through performance (commission-only role) Compensation: ~ Flat 20% commission on all deals closed ~ Paid based on deal structure (monthly/annual) To Apply: Share: ~ Your relevant experience (sales/lead gen / SaaS) ~ Sample companies you would target (based on ICP) ~ Your approach to generating and closing deals * Official Email ID and CRM access will be given.
