I need an experienced UiPath developer who can take ownership of the entire automation lifecycle—from scoping and design through deployment in Orchestrator and day-to-day production support. My goal is to move several manual processes into stable, well-documented robots and keep them running smoothly as our business evolves. You will be responsible for: • Designing and developing UiPath workflows that follow best practices and are easy to maintain • Setting up assets, queues, triggers and schedules inside Orchestrator, then monitoring and tuning them for reliability and performance • Handling updates, error handling, bot versioning and troubleshooting so downtime stays minimal • Providing knowledge transfer and clear documentation so internal staff can understand what has been built This is a full development-and-support engagement, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable advising on architecture decisions today and jumping in to fix unexpected issues tomorrow. If you have a track record of end-to-end UiPath delivery, orchestration expertise and solid communication skills, I’d like to hear how you would approach the work and what similar projects you have completed.

Hi there, I will build your UiPath workflows, configure Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, schedules), and provide ongoing production support to keep your bots stable as processes change. On a recent automation engagement, structured error handling and retry logic reduced bot downtime to under 2% across 15 scheduled jobs. Questions: 1) How many manual processes are you planning to automate in the first phase? 2) Are you running Orchestrator Cloud or on premise? Share one process you want automated first and I will draft the workflow architecture today. Looking forward to potentially working together. Thanks, Kamran

Hi, there. I’ve done exactly this—I recently owned the full automation lifecycle for a logistics company, migrating six manual processes into attended and unattended bots, setting up Orchestrator assets, queues, and triggers, and keeping them running with 99.5% uptime. I designed the workflows with proper error handling, logging, and versioning so their internal team could take over without a panic call. For your processes, I’ll scope, build, deploy, and support your automations end-to-end, making sure everything follows best practices and runs reliably in Orchestrator. I’ll handle the architecture, monitoring, and troubleshooting so you never have to babysit a broken robot. You’ll get clear documentation and knowledge transfer, and I’m comfortable advising on decisions today and fixing issues tomorrow. I can share a detailed walkthrough of that logistics engagement and start as soon as you need. Thank you.

Good to see this project, We will build and support your UiPath automations: workflow design, Orchestrator configuration, and ongoing production monitoring. For reliability, we will structure each process using the REFramework with proper queue-based transaction handling. This makes error recovery predictable and simplifies future updates. A couple of quick things to confirm: 1) How many processes are you looking to automate initially? 2) Are you on UiPath Cloud or an on-premise Orchestrator setup? The number quoted here is a starting estimate. The exact cost and timeline will be confirmed after we go through the full scope together. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Faizan

Keeping robots running is usually harder than building them. That's the part I pay the most attention to. A good UiPath solution should be easy to maintain, not just work on day one. I prefer keeping workflows clean, handling exceptions properly, and making Orchestrator assets, queues, and schedules simple to manage as the automation grows. One question that would help shape the approach: are these new automations, or do you already have robots in production that need ongoing support and improvements?

A UiPath automation only creates value when it keeps running reliably after deployment, because the real challenge is maintaining robots through process changes, exceptions and production issues rather than building the initial workflow. I've delivered end-to-end automation projects where stable workflows, clear documentation and maintainable architecture mattered as much as the automation itself, with production environments structured so updates, monitoring and troubleshooting remained straightforward over time. The finished setup has reusable workflows, well-organized Orchestrator assets, queues and schedules, consistent versioning, and documentation your internal team can actually work from without relying on the original developer. One question before discussing the engagement: are your manual processes primarily UI-driven across desktop applications, or do they also involve APIs, email workflows and ERP or CRM integrations? The bid amount and timeline above are rough placeholders, we'll nail down real figures once we understand the full scope. From what you've described, you're looking to move a set of manual processes into stable UiPath robots, get them properly wired up in Orchestrator, and then keep them running reliably as things change, not just hand off a build and disappear. That last part matters a lot. Plenty of RPA projects go sideways because the initial build is fine but nobody owns the support side. You want end-to-end ownership, which is exactly the kind of engagement we take on. Here's how we'd approach this: - Process scoping: We walk through each target process with your team, map the steps and edge cases, and flag anything that might trip up automation before we write a single workflow. - Workflow development: Builds done in UiPath Studio following RE Framework conventions, with proper error handling, retries and logging baked in from the start, not patched in later. - Orchestrator setup: Assets, queues, triggers and schedules configured cleanly. We also set up alerting so issues surface fast rather than quietly piling up. - Bot versioning and support: We handle releases through Orchestrator properly, with rollback options. When something breaks in production, we're on it the same day. - Documentation and handover: Clear, plain-English docs for each bot so your internal staff actually understand what runs and why, not just a folder of screenshots. After a short call to go through the processes you want to automate, we'll put together a written proposal with milestones, delivery timeline and firm pricing. Want to jump on a quick call this week to walk through it? Best, 96 Studio

For your RPA build and support, I’d start by mapping out the key processes you want to automate. This helps ensure a smooth implementation with fewer hiccups later on. A solid troubleshooting documentation system can save time in the long run, so I'd set that up early on. I’ve got strong skills in automation and backend development, which could be really useful here. If you have specific performance metrics you’re aiming for, let’s define those so we can fine-tune the bots accordingly. Message me if you want to chat more about your project!

Hi, We are available to take this on and get your UiPath automation lifecycle working perfectly. The main issue with complex automation deployments is usually the orchestration settings or resource handling not lining up for stable production environments specifically. Are you planning to use the latest UiPath best practices for Orchestrator asset management and do you want the process documentation delivered as a comprehensive technical guide or a simplified user manual? We recently managed a similar end-to-end automation project for a logistics firm that needed manual processes transitioned into stable, well-documented robots. We used UiPath best practices to hook into the existing business workflows and built a robust framework that validated data before using Orchestrator queues to manage the execution. We corrected their deployment structure to ensure error handling and bot versioning remained consistent across their production environment. Our fix stopped their workflow failures during high-volume periods and made the whole automation process way faster for their team. We are eager to discuss the project further. Reach out to initiate a conversation! Best regards, Quantum Code Solutions

Howdy! I want to be upfront with you, my core stack is Python based backend engineering, DevOps, and AI/ML automation, so I am not a dedicated UiPath developer. That said, I have spent years building exactly the kind of end to end automation lifecycle you are describing, just through a different toolset. I design workflow automation using Python orchestration frameworks, build robust error handling and retry logic, manage scheduling and queue based job execution, and deploy everything with proper versioning and monitoring. If you are open to evaluating whether a Python native approach could serve your goals equally well or better, I am confident I can deliver the reliability, documentation, and production support you need. Thank you. Marcos.
