I need you to create a simulation for the RAM sorting process we are developing in RoboDK. You must have a registered RoboDK software. The task shouldn't take more than a few hours and I need it by 1/22/2021 9am PST. I have the CAD files for all the objects and have developed half the process.
* A video of the robot going through the whole process
* The simulation file
* Exported robot program
What does the robot need to do in the video:
1 ) Pick from the bin/ Put RAM on the left table / Move aside for the camera to take a pic / Grab the RAM / Use the other suction cup (Robot is a six axis with two suction cups at EOA) to pick another RAM from the long slot of one the RAM testers beside the table / Then put the first RAM in the now empty slot of the RAM tester / Put the RAM that is on the arm in a sorted RAM tray.
2) Continue to do the same process but:
* This time instead of everything happening on the left side it should happen on the right side of the robot. For example the the RAM should be put on table to the left of the robot.
* The RAM pick and place happens in the short slots of the RAM testers.
* The RAM should be flipped using the flipper box located beside table.
* The RAM is put in one tester and then picked from another tester.
* Only one suction cup is used for this part as there is no need for using two.
Note: 1 and 2 are happen continuously after each other in the same video with no interruption in the middle.
Note: Throughout the movements the robot will not have a RAM at it's EOA. It just does the movements. Furthermore, the only moving object is the robot.
What needs to get done to make the video:
I have already developed the process for the simplified version of 1. In this program the robot has one end of arm. It picks, puts on the table, flips the ram, puts in the tester, picks from the tester, puts in the sorted tray. Here is the link for the program:

Run the RAMTesterFanucTwoGripper in the zipped folder
* You need to do the two end of arm version of it.
* The objects are created only for the left side process.
* Same should be created for the right side as well (except for the bin).
* Some tweaks on the positioning may be necessary to keep everything within robot's reach.
As mentioned once done with the video please send the simulation file and the exported robot program.
