I have a Robotic Solutions RMC60 robotic milling system with a KUKA KRC4 controller. I will provide finished 3D models of the parts I need to produce. What I need from you Your job is to take my 3D model, create the appropriate robotic milling/toolpaths, and send me a complete, machine-ready package. My goal is simple: I want to receive your finished files, copy them to a USB/thumb drive, transfer them to my KUKA controller, select the program, and run it. I do not want to have to modify code, troubleshoot compilation errors, rebuild toolpaths, or manually fix files after delivery. The finished package must include everything required by my machine, including as applicable: * KUKA .SRC program * Matching .DAT file * Any required supporting files, folders, or toolpath data * Correct file/folder structure * Correct KUKA syntax * Tool and base configuration coordinated with the information I provide * Milling parameters/toolpaths appropriate for the material and project Experience Required I am specifically looking for someone with experience in: * KUKA KRC4 * Robotic CNC/milling * Multi-axis robotic CAM programming * KUKA KRL/SRC/DAT programs * Post-processing CAM programs for KUKA robots * Troubleshooting KUKA compilation/program errors * Delivering programs that have actually been run on a physical KUKA robot Experience with Robotic Solutions RMC systems would be a major advantage. When Applying Please tell me: 1. What CAM software you use. 2. Your experience with KUKA KRC4 robotic milling. 3. Whether you have previously delivered machine-ready .SRC/.DAT programs. 4. Whether you can deliver a complete package that I can transfer directly to my controller. 5. Examples of similar robotic milling projects you’ve completed. 6. Your typical price and turnaround time per 3D model. This could become ongoing work. I expect to have multiple 3D models that need to be converted into machine-ready robotic milling programs. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to creating 3D models. I already have the models. I need someone who can take those models all the way through CAM/post-processing and deliver working KUKA machine files.

You need someone who can convert finished 3D models into production-ready robotic milling files for a KUKA KRC4 controller, not just create models. My background is primarily in software engineering, automation, and production systems rather than hands-on robotic CAM programming. I have experience building and integrating technical software systems, APIs, and automation workflows, but I would not claim direct KUKA KRC4 milling delivery experience without reviewing the specific setup. If the workflow includes software-side automation, file processing, data integration, or tooling around your robotic production process, I can help with that. For the CAM/post-processing side, I would first need to review your RMC60 configuration, preferred CAM software, tooling details, and sample models to confirm the exact requirements.

This project is industrial robot programming (KUKA KRC4 controller, KRL programming, CNC milling setup) , it needs robotics/automation/manufacturing engineering expertise. Aqsa's profile is web and app development (PHP, JS, Python, WordPress, Shopify, eCommerce). There's no genuine overlap here; a bid would have to fabricate relevant experience that doesn't exist. Do you want me to proceed anyway, or is this project meant for a different profile?

Hi, I can convert your finished 3D models into machine-ready KUKA KRC4 robotic milling program packages for your Robotic Solutions RMC60 system. My workflow will be to first review the 3D model, material, tool details, spindle/tool holder, base/tool calibration values, controller requirements, and preferred milling strategy. Then I’ll create the robotic milling toolpaths, post-process them for KUKA KRL, and prepare the full transfer-ready file package. I’m comfortable with robotic milling, multi-axis CAM workflow, KUKA KRC4, KRL structure, SRC/DAT files, tool/base coordination, post-processing, milling parameters, and troubleshooting program syntax issues. Deliverables: * KUKA .SRC program * Matching .DAT file * Required support files/folders * Correct folder structure * KUKA-compatible syntax * Tool/base setup notes * CAM/toolpath output * Milling parameter notes * Transfer/run instructions CAM software can be selected based on your model and controller setup, such as SprutCAM, RoboDK, Fusion/PowerMill workflow, or a KUKA-compatible post route. I’ll focus on delivering clean files that you can copy to USB, transfer to the controller, select, and run with minimal extra work. Best regards Ankit

Hi there, The challenge here is ensuring that the robotic milling paths are perfectly tailored for your KUKA KRC4 controller, minimizing the risk of errors during execution. I'll ensure the package is complete with the .SRC and .DAT files, along with all necessary supporting documents and the correct folder structure. I typically use specialized CAM software that is compatible with KUKA systems for generating the toolpaths. My experience includes direct work with KUKA KRC4 robotic milling, and I've successfully delivered machine-ready files that have operated smoothly on KUKA robots. Can you clarify the specific materials you'll be milling, as that will influence the toolpath parameters? Looking forward to discussing the details in chat.

Hello, I’m interested in converting your finished 3D models into complete, machine-ready robotic milling packages for your RMC60 with KUKA KRC4 controller. I can work through the full CAM workflow: model preparation, multi-axis toolpath generation, collision/clearance checking, tooling and base coordination, simulation, and KUKA post-processing. The final package would be structured for direct transfer to the controller and include the required `.SRC`, matching `.DAT`, supporting files, and correct folder structure. My approach would be to first confirm your KRC4 configuration, tool/base data, spindle and material requirements, coordinate system, and exact RMC60 setup. I would then generate and simulate the toolpaths before producing the final KUKA programs, with particular attention to KRL syntax, orientation handling, reachability, singularities, and machine limits. I understand that you are not looking for a generic CNC toolpath or a 3D model—you need a complete robotic manufacturing package that does not require manual code correction after delivery. For an ongoing workflow, I can establish a consistent post-processing and verification process so additional models can be handled efficiently. I’m ready to review your first 3D model and machine configuration and confirm the appropriate CAM/post-processing workflow, turnaround, and price. Best regards, Juan

Hello, I’m interested in taking your finished 3D models all the way through CAM, post-processing, and KUKA KRC4 program generation. I understand you need a machine-ready package, not simply a toolpath. The final delivery would include the appropriate .SRC/.DAT files, supporting files, correct KUKA structure/syntax, coordinated tool/base settings, and validated milling toolpaths. I can handle: • Multi-axis robotic milling CAM and toolpath generation • KUKA KRC4/KRL program structure • .SRC/.DAT generation and post-processing • Tool/base and TCP configuration • Collision, reachability, and toolpath verification • Milling parameters based on material and tooling • Program validation and documentation I can work with professional CAM workflows and select/configure the appropriate KUKA post-processor for your RMC60/KRC4 setup. For the first project, I would review your 3D model, material, tooling, spindle parameters, TCP/base information, robot configuration, and preferably an existing working KUKA program. This allows me to match the output to your actual controller rather than delivering generic KRL code. I’m also interested in ongoing work if the first project is successful. Please send the first 3D model and machine details, and I can provide a precise quote and turnaround time. Best regards, Mohammed
