Hoverboard conversion to remote control

Job Description:
I want to use a hoverboard to power my train project.
I will take it apart and use the motors so they need to be controlled by an RC controller.
You would need to list parts that I can buy on Amazon and instruct me on how to fit and program.
I have no experience working with rc parts so instructions should be simple and easy to understand.
