Line follower robot using PID ROS

I already got the robot working with following a line using HSV, raspberry pi 3, ROS kinetic and its motor.
The robot moves around but it is not smooth at all.
I need help with implementing ros PID to this robot so it become smoother. Therefore I need an expert help to implement PID on my code. I have already a code example that may help.
I prefare to have online chat to solve this problem because there is no other way to solve, because I have all the hardware here.
