Architectural plans are finished; what remains is the structural package, with special attention on the foundation design so the project can move straight into permitting and construction. Scope of work Drawing and calculation packages must cover footing sizes, reinforcement schedules, soil bearing assumptions, and any drainage or waterproofing notes needed to satisfy local code reviewers. Feel free to refine the preliminary concept (currently a reinforced concrete strip-footing system on medium-plasticity clay) if your calculations show a more efficient solution. All analysis should be based on current IBC/IRC provisions and the relevant state amendments. Preferred tools AutoCAD or Revit for the drawing files, supported by your usual structural software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, SAP2000) for the calculations—mention the package you plan to use so I can archive the native files. Deliverables • PDF set of stamped structural drawings ready for permit submission • Native CAD files (DWG or RVT) with clean layering and clear sheet indexing • A concise calculation report, digitally signed, that ties directly to the drawings Acceptance criteria The building department must accept the drawings without structural comments.
