I need a clean, well-organized Revit 2025 model that captures the primary steel frame for a new commercial building. I already have the full architectural set in PDF and DWG; your first task will be to bring those plans into Revit, set up the correct levels and grids, and then place all major steel members—columns, beams, bracing, and floor framing—exactly where they belong. At this stage I’m only after the main structural elements, so no connection plates, bolts, or detailed annotations are required. You will be working in Revit 2025, so please make sure you can open and deliver in that version. I will handle any downstream detailing once the core model is complete, but the geometry has to be accurate enough for clash coordination with MEP later on. Deliverables • One native Revit 2025 (.rvt) file containing all primary steel elements • An exported IFC for quick viewing and coordination • A brief model summary noting any assumptions or missing information Acceptance Criteria • All grids, levels, and member sizes follow the supplied architectural drawings • No missing or stray geometry when the model is audited and purged • Elements are properly classified as structural steel for filters and schedules If this sounds straightforward for you, let me know your turnaround time and one or two samples of similar work.
