Your Viewport Title is probably too big because the title type in Revit 2020 uses a large text type, and the fix is a few clicks once I open your file. But there are two ways to do it: edit the viewport type, which changes every viewport using it, or duplicate the type and swap only the ones you pick. I've done similar work with AutoCAD data sync and drawing documentation for aluminium structures. Should the change apply to all sheets or just some?
