Museum Interior BIM Documentation

I need a Revit based BIM model that captures the full interior scope of a new museum in the Middle East at LOD 350. The model must carry through both the schematic design and detailed design phases. Schematic stage Please include the following coordinated drawings generated directly from the model: • Floor plan • Ceiling plan • General arrangement • Wall finishes plan • Furniture plan • Wall partition plan Detailed stage From the same model, produce CAD blow-up details for every interior element—ceilings, walls, columns, floors, bespoke furniture, and any additional fittings—using generic families that can later be swapped for manufacturer content. Each detail should be clearly referenced back to its location in the Revit views. Key requirements • Revit native file (latest stable version) plus exported IFC and PDFs • Clean, well-structured family and work-set organisation suitable for handover to a multidisciplinary team • All sheets, views, schedules, and legends ready for issue • CAD details delivered in DWG with matching naming and layering conventions I will provide the architectural shell, design intent sketches, and relevant material specifications as soon as we begin. Let me know your estimated time frame and any questions you have about coordination or standards before starting. Work to be carried out on Autodesk Construction Cloud. Licenses and Autodesk accounts will be provided. Current model is a bit heavy so it needs to be bifurcated into parts and the current deadline is 24 July for schematic design and one month later for detail design.
