I’m ready to move from inspiration boards to a full set of drawings and need a professional who can translate my ideas into a practical, modern house plan. The home will feature two to three bedrooms and should reflect clean, contemporary lines, open-concept living, and smart use of natural light. Here’s what I need from you: • Scaled floor plan for all levels, showing room dimensions and furniture layout suggestions • Elevations and at least one section that illustrate the modern façade and roof form • Basic site layout indicating setbacks and ideal orientation for sunlight and privacy • A concise materials / finishes legend that supports a modern aesthetic (e.g., glass, steel accents, neutral render) Drawings can be produced in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or a comparable tool, provided that you deliver both PDF sheets for review and the original editable files.
