I’m moving ahead with a new manufacturing sheds and need a full-scope design package that my local authority can approve without a hitch. The project covers everything from foundations, civil works and the pump room to the last conduit run, and every document must comply with the latest NBC 2016 and Indian Fire Code provisions. What I need from you • Complete structural, electrical and plumbing design coordinated into a single set of 2D drawings (DWG + PDF) ready for submission. • A detailed BOQ & budget cost in editable Excel, itemised by discipline. • A federated 3D model plus two or three rendered views that clearly show the shed, foundations and pump room. • All civil & structural calculations, reports & notes and connection details in line with NBC & Fire norms. • Reasonable revisions until the drawings receive statutory approval. Software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD or equivalent BIM/analysis tools is preferred—use what you’re strongest with, as long as the output meets Indian approval standards. When you reply, focus on your experience delivering similar industrial or factory sheds in India, especially those cleared by local fire and civic bodies.
