Licensed Texas Structural Engineer Needed

I’m lining up a series of small-scale residential jobs across Texas and need a structural engineer who is already licensed and properly insured in the state. Most of the work will revolve around new single-family homes, plus the occasional addition to an existing house. Here’s what I will lean on you for: stamped foundation plans that meet Texas soil, wind, and seismic requirements, and roof framing designs that integrate cleanly with the architectural set. On each project I will supply the architectural drawings, site information, and any geotechnical reports; you return sealed calculations and drawings ready for municipal permitting. My contractors work primarily in AutoCAD, so a DWG deliverable is essential. If you prefer Revit or another BIM platform, that’s fine as long as the final sheets export cleanly. I’m also comfortable if you run analyses in RISA, ETABS, or any other industry-standard package—just include the calculation package with your submittal. Turnaround expectations vary by project, but I’d like to keep most foundations and roof packages within two weeks of notice to proceed.
