Saya membutuhkan bantuan untuk menyiapkan desain lengkap sekaligus perhitungan volume bangunan untuk sebuah rumah bergaya tradisional. Proyek ini saya kerjakan bukan hanya untuk membangun fisik rumah, tetapi juga sebagai sarana berbagi pengetahuan—jadi setiap langkah perancangan dan kalkulasi perlu jelas, rapi, dan mudah dipelajari kembali. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan: • Sketsa konsep hingga denah final dengan tampak dan potongan yang menunjukkan karakter tradisional (bentuk atap, bukaan, proporsi ruang). • Gambar kerja digital siap cetak (format DWG/DXF dan PDF). • Perhitungan volume material terperinci—daftar kuantitas dinding, lantai, atap, balok/kolom, dan finishing—disajikan dalam tabel spreadsheet. • Ringkasan metode perhitungan atau catatan penjelasan singkat agar mudah saya jelaskan ulang kepada orang lain. Saya terbuka berdiskusi soal ukuran lahan, kebutuhan ruang, serta software yang Anda gunakan (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, atau lainnya) asalkan hasil akhir akurat dan terstruktur.
