Custom Model Needed

I am looking for a skilled Revit specialist who can take my project information—whatever form it is in now—and turn it into a clean, fully navigable Revit model. I will supply the materials I currently have the moment we start, whether that ends up being complete drawings, partial sketches, or simply room dimensions and photographs. Your task is to translate that input into a native .rvt file that is well-organized, properly layered, and ready for further coordination. If details are missing you’ll help me identify what you still need, propose practical solutions, and keep the model consistent with standard BIM best practices. Deliverables (all in the latest stable Revit version): • The working .rvt file, structured by levels and views • PDFs of key plans, sections, and elevations exported directly from the model • A brief summary of any assumptions or design decisions you needed to make Accuracy, tidy model hierarchy, and clear communication throughout the process will be the keys to success on this job.
