What I’m after • A site-specific concept drawing package for each property showing proposed charger locations, conduit routes, panel connections and a clean single-line schematic. • Basic load calculations and any transformer or switchboard upgrades that the concept requires. • A brief narrative per site explaining assumptions, code references and next-step recommendations so my facilities team can present the plan to local utilities and obtain detailed quotes. File format PDF for easy sharing plus the editable source (AutoCAD or Revit—whichever you’re most comfortable with).
