Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Job Posting: Create compelling job postings and distribute them on relevant job boards and platforms.
Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their fit for the Sales Representative role.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews with SnapDine's hiring team, including Sales Managers and executives.
Assessment: Administer relevant assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' sales skills and suitability for the role.
Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks for the final candidates.
Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary negotiation and offer preparation for selected candidates.
Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for the new hires.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal HR Manager for this project should have:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the sales or related industry.
Strong knowledge of sales roles and the ability to identify candidates with exceptional sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates.
