It would be a hybrid app with just a screen and simple tap button to begin chat.
Person can ask status of orders, post a requirement, book a requirement via voice commands. It also needs to interact with several API to pull information from and convert to speech. APi will provide personal information of user for making experience better and seamless. Knowing their past preferences or requests.
It should be sufficiently trainable for any new feature or product launches.
