I’m preparing a full 3-dimensional concept for a residential space and need a skilled 3D artist who can translate my sketches, mood boards, and measurements into photorealistic interior visuals and an editable model. The emphasis is purely on the inside of the home—wall treatments, lighting, furniture placement, material choices, and any small architectural accents that give the rooms character. You’ll receive a floor plan, reference photos, and a short style brief the moment we start. From there I’m looking for: • A clean, well-layered source file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar—use what you’re best with). • At least four high-resolution still renders that capture the key angles of each room. • One walkthrough animation or 360° view so I can showcase the design to stakeholders. Quality and realism are paramount: accurate proportions, believable textures, and thoughtful lighting must be evident in every frame. Please keep file sizes optimized for easy sharing.
