I’m looking for property researcher to identify emerging hotspots for first-home buyers around and outside Sydney. Criteria: Budget: $600,000–$850,000 Property types: Houses, duplexes (no apartments or townhouse) Focus: High-growth or infrastructure-driven areas Key Research Focus Areas: 1. Suburbs along the proposed high-speed rail corridor between Sydney and the Central Coast, including areas near Newcastle. Identify likely train stops and surrounding suburbs. Current price ranges for eligible property types. Buyer activity trends and demand indicators. 2–3 example properties per shortlisted suburb. 2. Other major infrastructure projects (transport, hospitals, commercial hubs, etc.) that may drive growth within the same price bracket. This is to connect remote areas with Sydney so that people can commute to work. 3. Existing outside Sydney that are close by Deliverables: Shortlist of key suburbs (prioritised) and 2-3 sample properties. You need to document the source of data.
