Interview Overseas Founders for China Entry

I’m putting together a series of brief research interviews with founders and operators who have hands-on experience—or a very real intention—of entering China. My own background is in providing China market-entry solutions for overseas small and medium-sized businesses, and I’m currently zeroing in on one pain point: finding reliable local partners, particularly manufacturers or suppliers. Here’s what I’m after • Short written answers (a paragraph or two is fine) covering your attempt—or plan—to move into China. • so I can probe deeper into your experience. Information to include when you respond 1. A quick intro to your company or project. 2. What you’ve already tried (or researched) in China. 3. The single biggest difficulty you’ve faced so far. 4. Confirmation that you’re open to a short follow-up interview. I’m not looking for generic textbook advice; I need practical stories, whether successful or still in progress. A small, fixed honorarium is set aside for each completed interview, and I’ll keep the conversation strictly confidential.
