-Significant experience in talent acquisition and/or graduate recruitment campaigns.
-Proven experience in identifying and attracting individuals with unique skills and diverse backgrounds
-Proven experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environmentEnd-to-end recruitment process knowledge including offer management
-Analytical thinking - able to quickly and effectively analyse system generated data to provide insights (talent, reward, performance)
-Risk Management - able to manage complex cases responsibly, identifying, pre-empting and mitigating high risk situations
-Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resource Management or related field.
