About the Opportunity
A growing real estate brokerage located in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated and diligent apartment locating professional to write our Policies and Procedures Manual for our new apartment locating division. In this role, the Policies and Procedures Writer will be responsible for creating a traditional policies and procedures manual geared specifically to apartment locating. This is an independent contractor business model as our apartment locators will not be employees. Our broker or associate will revise as needed to create the finished product.
The Apartment Locating Policies and Procedures Writer will:
1.) Write and compose policies and procedures that are simple and clear.
2.) Organize all policies and procedures across all aspects of running an apartment locating business.
3.) Create an index.

Qualifications / Required Skills
* 4 years of recent apartment locating experience (USA ONLY)
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to start the project immediately and deliver within 2 weeks from start date.
