My company deals with International Recruitments and due to our recent expansion in European Market, we are currently looking to add an additional Recruitment Consultant on part-time (3 days a week, 5 hours daily) to do all following:
1. Source candidates from his/her own resources (jobsites, linkedin, referral, social networking, cold calling, boolean searches, google strings, etc)
2. Email, take initial telephonic interview with the shortlisted candidates, take their written consent moving ahead with the complete application process & also collect initial screener/position related questions from the candidate.
3. Forward everything to us for a review, help us in scheduling the complete interview process by staying in regular contact with the candidate.
We are ideally looking for someone who has extensive experience in Recruitment, preferably in Germany, France, UK and Switzerland locations with IT, Sales, Marketing, Retail roles (Mid-Sr level positions)
Satisfactory references (client & candidate) will be required of recent recruitment success.
YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE AT LEAST 5-10 SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES (SOURCED & TELEPHONIC SCREENED) DAILY FOR THE GIVEN ROLES.
