Medical Research needed on Schizoaffective

I have a friend diagnosed as schizoaffective and we need your help. I do not have time to do this research on my own but I would like a consultant to do extensive research on this topic and present the facts to us. The patient is a 19 year old female who developed the symptoms at age 18. Some say she also has borderline personality disorder and she is bipolar as well. This is what I would like:
I would like this report to contain all of the following from both a Global point of view and from a United States point of view. So all information will be presented and references will be given for all information from both American Medical Professionals and from Non-American Medical Professionals.
1. Detailed Description of this illness
2. Names of all Medications that have been used to treat this, ALL possible medications. Don’t leave anything out. The patient’s current doctors think they are out of medication options because she is not responding to anything so we need an extensive list.
3. A list of the top Psychiatrists/Doctors that prescribe medication. A list of 10 top rated doctors in the World, USA and in the US State of Colorado. This will be a challenge. You must have multiple sources for this data and show all sources.
4. Alternative Treatments – A detailed study on all of the alternative treatments that do not use prescribed medication but use either homeopathic supplements or some non-medical treatment. We would consider any options please include all findings from the US and around the world.
5. A list of the top professionals that provide alternative treatments from number 4 in both the US and around the world.
6. A detailed study of coping skills and mechanisms for the family of the child. The family is mentally and physically exhausted. They need help and they need a break. What are the most effective solutions to this problem.
7. Living recommendations. The child currently lives at home with her parents and her younger sister. She was going to a community college but cannot handle this currently with her illness. She needs constant attention to be sure that she is OK. What are some living arrangement recommendations that medical professionals give in this situation? What can she do to keep busy? Should she be physically active? What helps?
The winner of this project will have some medical experience preferably a medical doctor. They will also have some experience doing research and they will provide the best answer to these questions:
1. Explain what sources of information you would use for both the US and non-US research in doing this project.
2. Explain why you are right for such an important job.
