We process a high number of applications internally. Now, we are looking for help in evaluating possible recruitment agencies that can assist us with this process at low cost.
This is not a search for recruitment agencies, but a research task for possible vendors that we later will contact for an official offer.
Only bidders with action plans will be considered. As a minimum the following should be addressed: How to establish agency requirements, how to find agencies and how to present findings (including conclusion).
Background information: IT is mainly IT positions and they are located mainly in eastern Europe and Asia. The chosen agency will be responsible for getting adverts out and reducing number of applicants to a reasonable level (eg. 300 to 10).
